Process Engineer

Join our Production Technology team where you, together with inspiring colleagues, will challenge and explore new ways to continuously improve our medical device production.

About the position
As a Process Engineer you continuously follow up performance and quality of your assigned production areas. Based on this you initiate and manage improvement activities to reach our goals.

Your key accountabilities as Process Engineer are
Continuously monitor key performance indicators for assigned production areas and proactively propose measures.
Handling of non-conforming products, ie investigation and decision for disposition.
Root-cause analysis for quality issues and initiation of preventive actions.
Support the production in the development within our LEAN production system Wellspect Way.
Act as contact for the production areas and be a part in cross-functional workgroups and development projects.

We believe that you have
An academic background (M.Sc./B.Sc.) with experience from quality, manufacturing or production development within medical device or other business with high quality demands.
In-depth knowledge within LEAN, Six Sigma and other tools for continuous improvement work.
Some experience from automated manufacturing processes or chemical processes.
Great analytical skills and that you are comfortable with driving changes and making decisions.
Good documentation and communication skills, mainly in Swedish but also in English.
