Arbetsbeskrivning

Are you an Engineer with a learning mindset?

My name is Joakim and I am looking for a colleague with core competencies in Process & Quality Engineering and Continuous Improvement. We will be working closely together to cover for each other and complement each other’s skillset in our daily work. In your role you will be challenged by understanding and working with people in all fields.

Do you know some scripting language or have other experience in coding? Great, because when Excel runs out of functions you will need it. Do you know about purchasing and requirement analysis? If not, you will learn it. Do you see a need for an improvement? It´s your turn to shine – bring out some Lean Six Sigma, or any functional methodology, to help bring positive change to our workplace!

Learning, mastering, and applying new knowledge will be your everyday habit, are you ready?

Is this you?
We think you get a warm and fuzzy feeling when looking at a beautifully made graph or Excel table. We think you are a machine-whisperer in the making and like to spend a lot of time learning obscure facts to explain why things are working in a certain way.

We also think that you have a relevant education and a background in industrial manufacturing.

How we make your everyday life go together.
Autonomy is in focus in this work, which means that you can both work independently and take responsibility, that you can use your skills and be open to development. Of course, you get to be part of our community towards more groundbreaking and world-unique technology. That is what we offer you together with our benefits.

Let’s connect, apply for this opportunity!

We are an organically growing entrepreneurial company with a familiar and innovative feel. We focus on quality in everything we do. We started in 2006 in Norrköping with the idea of a groundbreaking idea, namely to change the way circuit board manufacturing is done. The innovation journey began as early as 2001 when our CEO Staffan Nordlinder was hired as a researcher at The Swedish Research Institute (RISE). The result after many years of research in electronics became a world-unique product. So now we support manufacturers in the automotive, LED Light and RFID with machines to create a flexible, environmentally friendly and cost-effective production of printed circuit boards. Today we are ten people with different specialist skills.
