You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ.
We are looking for a Process Excellence Expert to improve Research & Development efficiency throughout the product lifecycle. In this role you will be focusing on process, methodology and tool improvements and developments by identifying needs and gaps in daily operations, proposing improvements, aligning within the organization, leading and implementing changes. This role supports the entire Wellbeing R&D and its close connections and involvement in other functions within the Wellbeing Consumer Experience Area, as well as Global R&D and Global Sourcing improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Analyze impacts and present way of working, make recommendations for process, methodology and tools enhancements
Review internal technical standards and methodology overviews and suggestion for improvement / align with stakeholders for review and implementation
Lead improvement projects related to the R&D process and tools
Lead local implementation of global tools including testing and user training
Create, update, and maintain process documents owned by the Process Excellence team
Create reports and presentations
Align and share experiences and best practices with key users



Qualifications:
Experience in mechanical design or electronics design as well as basic CAD knowledge is a plus
Preferably knowledge of product development processes
Background in leading process improvements in multicultural environment
Project management skills, PMP as well as PLM system knowledge (Teamcenter is preferred) are desirable
People leader experience is a plus
Comfortable in written and spoken communication in English
Ability to take initiative, provide leadership and produce results
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals is probably what you need to succeed
