The position

If so, we have got a fantastic opportunity for you. You will be a part of a team working with continuously improving our way of working cross the Product and Service delivery organization. 

The job includes governance and continuous improvements of processes and collaboration and communication with Quality Management and other stakeholders. Another important part of the job is communication, information and guidance to users of the processes.

About you   

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can find solutions to fulfill regulatory requirements while strive towards process excellence by aligning formal processes with an agile way of working. You enjoy creating structure have great communication skills. You like building relationships and have a coaching mindset and lead as a facilitator and enabler.

Requirements   

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education experience in a relevant field related to software engineering.  
- 5+ years’ experience working in a software development company
- Experience of process development in connection to software development
- Experience of agile way of working
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English since it will be used in the daily work
- Experience working in an international environment


It´s a bonus if you have

- Experience of working with software in Medical Devices regulated by MDD or MDR
- Experience in change management


Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping.

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
