Process manager - Purchasing Finance & Reporting
Temporary position approx. 1 year.
Our department 53040, Strategy & Process leadership, is responsible for Strategy-, Process- and IT-systems development within Purchasing. We maintain and develop Business Process management within all Purchasing processes. We Co-ordinate and streamline purchasing processes within VCC to better gain competitiveness in the whole value chain and interact with cross functional processes.
The Finance Reporting Process Manager role is responsible for Development, Optimization and Documentation, of the Finance and reporting processes connected to both the Production Material as well as Non-Production material (FM&SP). It also provides great possibilities to create a network with key finance people within VCC. Key advantage to the role is possibility to build competence in purchasing processes as well Finance processes. One of the challenges for the coming year is to review the VCC business environment in relation to Ford Motor Company and adopt processes to the new environment.
Job Description:
Manage existing and develop new purchasing Finance and Reporting processes with Internal Customers as well as in VCC Business Management System.
Interact with internal VCC process finance networks and other Process networks.
Lead, drive and manage operational/process development activities in related processes.
Support implementation/training of process improvements.
Support system changes with competence and lead.
Alignment of VCC corporate instructions.
Interact with Ford Motor Company Process team.
Responsibility
To lead and control the working methods related to Process development within Purchasing Finance and Reporting.
To communicate process changes/improvements within Purchasing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as purchaser minimum 3-5 years or from Finance minimum 3-5 years.
University degree within or with complementary studies in Business Administration.
Feeling comfortable making presentations to Management.
Strong written and oral skills in English.
Preferably knowledge of Process management.
Personal Profile:

Strong interest in Business Process management development.
Holistic view and interest for essentials.
High integrity and ability to drive questions and to find and implement solutions.
Ability to prioritize between different tasks and keep deadlines.
