Your role

As a process manager, your role is to ensure the process quality, quantity and safety. Key responsibilities:

- Guarantee the transformation of raw material into semi-finished products in accordance with costs, deadlines and quality within a secure environment.
- Health & safety, promote a good working environment and prevent risks.
- Environment, minimize environmental impact and COD levels.

Who you are

We believe that you have previous experience of being a manager and that you have the ability to both support and challenge your co-workers. As a person, you are strategic, attentive to detail and a good communicator. Other requirements include:

- Dairy Engineer/Dairy Technologist/Dairy Technician or similar degree.
- Knowledge within dairy technology, microbiology, food chemistry and quality.
- Experience within automation.
- Experience within production management, organization tools and methods (Lean), flow management, office systems, salary systems, environmental and safety systems.
