Process Quality Expert

Atiendo Consulting brings together the expertise of talented engineers, commissioning agents, and energy analysts from around the world.
We are seeking Process Quality Engineers to consult and assist in building and executing world-class Quality Production Teams for our clients.
This position is a key role in ensuring both product and production excellence, and will ensure the highest Quality standards are established and maintained.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and continuously improve the Quality Control Plan for a designated area within the lithium-ion production process.
Build strong relationships and establish cross functional teams with key stakeholders such as Production, Maintenance, and R&D Engineers.
Coordinate improvements to the PFMEA and continually eliminate high risk areas both before and after start of production.
Monitor quality data using statistical process control to identify points in the assembly process where the process could be trending out of specification.
Create and update pareto charts to track, identify, and quantify quality issues. Implement fixes in place to reduce waste and scrap due to poor quality products and excursions.
Trouble shoot and root cause non-conformities and quality issues, e.g. 8D.
Provide support to ensure successful implementation and continued certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 and other relevant standards.



Minimum Education/Experience (Requirements):
University degree in a science or engineering discipline.
Either working knowledge and experience in quality systems and methodologies (e.g. six sigma, 7 QC tools, 8D and root cause investigations), or a strong background in data and statistics coupled with manufacturing or laboratory expertise.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management.
Lithium Ion Battery Expert
A proven problem solver, taking ownership of issues on the line and always prepared to go the extra mile.
A Quality mindset and pragmatic approach to implementing Quality tools and methods within an organization.
Excellent reading, writing, and speaking comprehension of English, Swedish is a plus.



Additional Skills (Desired, but not Required):
Direct experience working in production line environments, especially those involving a clean room or dry room.
In depth knowledge and experience with IATF16949.
Strong background in data and statistics. Ability to question and drive analyses of sampling rates and production data.
Experience building and leading a Team.
