We are now looking for a Process & System Owner Roaming! In this position you will be working within the Emobility unit.

About the position
The Emobility unit has the task to

• Grow the business of electric vehicle charging solutions, focusing on creating superior customer value
• Create clear profile towards customers through distinguishing charging products and services
• Provide superior customer service, with the highest net promotor score in the industry

Your Tasks And Responsibilities As a PSO Roaming
Roaming services are gaining an increasing importance for electric vehicle (EV) drivers to be able to charge their cars at any charging station. In our Business Unit the PSO Roaming operates as a single point of contact for our current and future Roaming Partners.

You will be responsible to manage our roaming partners and actively grow our roaming network across Europe. You will mainly achieve this by focusing on contracting partners to ensure our customers can charge at any charging station in Europe as well as negotiating access to our charging network.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

• Accountable for the Roaming processes on global Emobility level.

The roaming manager instructs the local countries and improves, optimizes, updates, implements and maintains the detail processes, work instructions, technical documentation and price lists on products and services of E-Mobility roaming in order to execute the operational CDR, billing and customer service activities in an effective and efficient way within the BU E-Mobility.

Coordinate Export (Vattenfall = CPO) and Import (Vattenfall = EMSP) processes, and the flows to and from the countries towards and from the partner CPOs and EMSPs.

CDR Analysis to understand volumes and profitability by partner and effect of pricing policy

• Responsible for systems requirements to support these processes (Accountability on System Owners)

Collect data on the operational roaming, billing and customer services process, collects feedback of Local Ops and Customer Services, analyses these data and feedback and identifies improvements to optimize the processes of the BU E-Mobility.

Drive the solution of operational issues – or run these issues towards the relevant stakeholders – if these issues cannot be solved by the Local Ops or by the Customer Service team, so that the customers of E-Mobility roaming do not – or do as less as possible- experience these issues.

Plan collaboration with dependent system within roaming landscape

In charge of backlog for maintenance and enhancement

• Accountable for roaming roadmap planning (Strategy Implementation)
• Accountable for KPI consolidation

The roaming manager contributes on demand to the development of KPIs of E-Mobility roaming – as a team member of a project team – by delivering certain features or set-ups, in order to integrate improvements in the operational organization of BU E-Mobility.

• Contract Management

Develop and maintain roaming network in Europe existing of EV Roaming Partners (Navigation Service Providers, Charge Point Operators or Emobility Service Providers)

Develop and maintain a roaming account management roadmap through networking, negotiating and contracting

Develop and implement and maintain a pricing strategy for roaming services in close collaboration with local sales teams and product development

Closely cooperate with legal, product development, operations and sales, for deal-making

Keep overview of our EV roaming partner portfolio and running contracts

Effectively communicate with partners

Setup models for business cases and pricing for new partner deals

The PSO Roaming will report to the Director Business Support and strongly cooperate with the other country teams in Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden.

Your profile
We are looking for an commercial & entrepreneurial account manager to join our Business Unit. Furthermore you match the following requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent education
• At least 5 years of experience gained in account/sales management, project management or a similar role
• Experienced in working in international environment
• Fluent in English, and German and/or Dutch and/or Swedish
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience in contract management
• Financial awareness, good numerical skills

This position will be based in Stockholm, with regular travel to the other core-locations.
