Cobolt AB is at the very forefront of the industry in the development and manufacturing of high-performance CW and Q-switched lasers. We are committed to supplying high performance and innovative lasers that meet or exceed the market’s expectations concerning quality, reliability, and robustness. We are now further expanding the production department and are therefore looking for a skilled Process Engineer to complement our talented team of engineers.
As a process engineer you will work in the production group and collaborate with the laser engineers and production personnel to optimize the manufacturing processes (e.g. coating of optical elements) and efficiency of high performance laser products.
Your skills
You are a structured person who can work as part of a team as well as independently. You have a hand’s-on approach to problem solving. Your background is in engineering with a Masters or PhD in physics or material science. Work experience measurement is preferred.

Cobolt AB was founded in 2000 and is a spin-off from a research project at KTH. Today Cobolt AB belongs to the HÜBNER Photonics Group with around 70 employees. As an employer, we provide the perfect combination of working in an intellectually stimulating agile environment, in a team with complementing skills on a high level that enables us to take on challenging tasks and deliver. Our production and development are based in Solna, with 1000 m² of cleanroom for production.
