ABOUT THE ROLE
Our procurement strategy for the coming years is ‘optimize, value & minimize risk’. We will do this by being a trusted partner, deliver procurement, excellence and implement sustainable procurement. You will enjoy working with us if you enjoy supporting and inspiring other on top of developing your strategic and technical skills.
The position is located in our headquarter in Kista, Stockholm.
As Procurement and Contract Manager, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute the category strategies of several domains within the IT categories
Actively collaborate with stakeholders and executives within the organization
Carry out contract management tasks for the vendors within your categories
Responsible for supplier relation management in your area
Responsible for the strategic sourcing processes, by acting flexible but also firm where needed
Contribute to Tele2’s transformation journey


WHAT WE LOOK FOR
This is a multi-tasking role impacting different IT categories, and across all procurement aspects constantly challenge ourselves to ensure that everything we do really maximizes the output of true value. As a person we believe you are self-driven, have analytical understanding, are good in presenting and influencing others and has the ability to manage different stakeholders.
We also believe that you have:
+5 years’ work experience from procurement
University degree in business administration, law or technology or corresponding education
Preferable experience of managing strategic sourcing projects
Speak and write business English fluently
Strong analytical and commercial sense
