We are looking for a Procurement Programme Manager for our Services- Division in Västerås Your Role In this role you will be a key player in the Nordic Parts Team, leading a team of buyers and making sure we deliver high quality products and service on time. and acts as the Single Point of Contact to the business. One of your main tasks will be to achieve on-time-delivery targets towards the customer by efficient management of workflows.This means leading a team of buyers, coordinating with the sales teams and make technical clearance as required in order to simplify, improve and bring visibility to the current supply chain across Norway, Denmark and Sweden.You will be responsible for ensuring the continuous cost improvement as well as managing the interface to the Strategic Sourcing group.An additional responsibility is to develop, deploy and manage a KPI dashboard consisting of key business metrics in order to drive Parts Business supply-chain performance.You will also be accountable for the clear communication of project requirements onto the supply chain and also the alignment and steering of resources to support commercial activities and bids.- Ensure that key business metrics are met through efficient alignment with Sales (customers) and Procurement (suppliers) in the day-to-day transactional business.- Manage the interface with the Strategic Sourcing team on behalf of the Parts Product Line.- Ensuring that synergies between other product lines are achieved You are expected to proactively take initiatives in order to improve business performance within for example logistics, inventory, ERP management and pricing. Your Experience and Qualifications - Engineering degree or equivalent.- At least 5 years experience from a similar role.- Fluency in Swedish and English.- Capacity to understand technical solutions to be able to approach suppliers and to understand the value chain for the product.- A basic understanding of production methods is an advantage.- A strong business mindset to be able to identify opportunities and secure the best agreements with suppliers.- Ability to manage relationships within all levels of the organization.- In depth knowledge of the supply chain in order to continuously add business value. As a person you need to be structured and detailed oriented when working.You need to have strong leadership skills as well as a technical understanding in order to understand which individuals are best suited to which project at the same time as keeping a strong customer focus.
