Producer - Content team

Do you want to be the one responsible for new content reaching kids all over the world on a monthly basis?
That’s what you’ll do here as the Producer of Toca Life: World’s content team.
You will lead a cross functional team of creatives and developers responsible for creating new content. Your goal will be to grow Toca Life: World through additional content such as new playsets, in-app events and other free gifts for our users.
What you’ll be doing:
Your main responsibility will be to support the day to day work of the content team and to lead them in production from design to release. You will do this by facilitating workshops and planning activities to ensure the team has all they need to succeed.
Aside from the ordinary tasks such as planning and scheduling parallel productions and future releases, you will also be the one to nurture the team culture and health of the group - coach and inspire them.
Is this you?
You have experience leading cross functional teams of creatives and software developers in producing digital releases from idea to finished product.
You enjoy being the project manager, making sure things run smoothly.
