Our company is growing and we are now looking for a new Producer/Project Manager to join the FI team in Stockholm.The Producer/Project Manager Position As a Producer at FI you will lead a talented team of artists, designers and developers.Your involvement and guidance is crucial in all phases of a project from the concept to the smallest, final details.Your role involves being a strong team leader who motivates the group to produce the highest quality work possible.You will also structure the project throughout all stages of the production process, plan timelines and follow up deadlines.Another important part of your challenging agenda includes a close collaboration with multinational clients to help them achieve their business goals while at the same time always maintaining high FI project standards. Your Qualifications and Background: .You must have prior experience with managing projects, preferably in the IT or design/web industry. .Knowledge of interactive/software development from either a design, information architecture, interaction design or the technical field is necessary since you will be highly involved in the production process..Experience with working with Scrum methodology is merited.
