Product Area Manager - Partner Connectivity Area within Customer Fulfilment Domain

We are currently looking for a Product area manager to Partner connectivity within the Customer Fulfilment domain at Business Tech.
About the position
As Product Area Manager Partner Connectivity, you will be leading one of the five product areas within the customer fulfillment domain. Partner Connectivity connects all third parties within logistics and makes sure that we can fulfill the customer promise, both through 3rd party warehouses and with the best last-mile carriers. Partner Connectivity also connects to all marketplace platforms where H&M and associated brands are present. You will be part of creating the customer promise of tomorrow!
The other product areas are Allocation Precision, Inventory Optimization, Digital Core and Fulfilment Centre Operations. They are all focusing on customer centric and efficient movement and storage of goods, including inbound- and outbound logistics and warehousing.
What you will do as Product area manager
In the Business Tech Organization, you will co-lead a cross functional product development organization of approx. 100 people that delivers business and customer value, always with salesmanship at heart. You will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy and KPI fulfillment of the Product Area as well as being part of the Domain leadership team. You will build strong relationships with relevant business partners to align the Product Area roadmap with the overall strategy and make sure it delivers solutions to meet our overall business goals.
A central part of the role will be to guide and lead your team during the transformation period. We are on a journey together which means there is no clear path. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future organization including both hiring of new talent as well as developing your existing talents into becoming a full-fledged product development team.
You will co-lead the product area and collaborate with the Product Area Lead Engineer to support Product Owners and their teams to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine business value and you will have staff responsibility for the Product Owners and competence leads. Furthermore, you will:
Drive transformation from a project organization to a product organization
Drive the shift towards in-house tech talent vs yesterday’s outsourcing model
Drive the change from waterfall way of working into agile principles and mind set
Implement agile methods and tools such as Scum, Kanban and product demos
Drive the agenda toward H&M direction of becoming the industry’s most impactful eco-system
Ensure that we productify and commercialize tech products where it makes sense incl. business models and go to market strategies
Define and secure high-level KPIs, targets and roadmap for the entire Product Area and align them with the respective Product Owners
Ensure interfaces and dependencies within the Product Area and to other Product Areas are considered
Stay in sync with the Product Owners on priorities and day-to-day decision making
Be accountable for financial impact incurred by leveraged resources and solutions in the product teams of the Product Area
Be responsible for the overall work environment for your team

Know how to make data informed decisions and translate customer and business insights into a product vision
Have track record of creating customer and business value through team and customer fulfilment products
Knows the space within the Logistics eco-system
Understand what it takes to build healthy, maintainable and scalable technology
Understand relevant technology trends, the opportunities they bring and when and how to use them

It’s an advantage if you have experience from Value Proposition Definition and OKR Methodologies.
