Product Area Trade Compliance Advisor

Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement end-to-end processes and guidelines for the prompt and accurate trade compliance activities in product area, such as export classification for all products, submission of government authorizations for products requiring export/re export license etc. 2. Work as a team leader, to implement the pilot projects of TCA. Qualifications Required 1. Familiar with EAR and relative regulations of USA. 2. Minimum of 3-4 years experience of managing export control/trade compliance matters for technology companies in the recent years. 3. Experience in both implementing and ongoing execution of integrated trade compliance processes within advanced R&D groups. 4. Experience in the telecom industry preferred. 5. Bachelor?s degree or above.
