Product Coordinator / Project Manager

ITT Water & Wastewater is a global provider of water handling and treatment solutions for municipal and industrial customers in more than 140 countries.ITT designs and delivers energy-efficient solutions and related services for water and wastewater transport, biological treatment, filtration and disinfection.ITT Water & Wastewater is a business of ITT Corporation, a high-technology engineering and manufacturing company operating in three vital markets: water and fluids management, global defence and security, and motion and flow control.www.ittwww.com The department works with making our new products better to produce.We have a responsibility towards production when it comes to minor changes on the products that we already have in production.The department supports the main plant in Emmaboda and also the rest of the plants in the world.Except the product coordinators we also have experts in the areas machining, assembly and casting.Responsibilities Your role includes a representative position for production in Research & Development projects.Moreover you are also a part Project Manager in development projects, including preliminary studies, technical and economical decisions.Planning, realization and follow up according to timetable and cost outcomes also includes in this role.You will have a lot of contact with our Research & Development department in Stockholm.One of the responsibilities as a Product Coordinator is technical changes and structures in BOM.You will also support product owners and respond required changes for the market and customers.Driving cost-effectiveness with new and existing products is another part of the role.Background Masters Degree in Engineering and preferably with focus on production and/or construction.Fluent in English both orally and written is a must.Experience from product development, knowledge of production, international contacts and/or basic skills in Lean Production are all considered as additional qualifications.Personality We are looking for a driven and energetic person with good cooperation skills.You are also independent and humble.Desirable ability to see in a comprehensive picture and what relates to another in a process.And also the capacity to cooperate against different interfaces like production or construction.Contact To apply for this position, please use the link below.
