Product Coordinator - Senior Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities


As a Product Coordinator or Senior Project Manager, your focus will be a mix of 3 important aspects:


- Project/Delivery Management
- Coordination and Orchestration of different teams' backlogs
- Communication


Delivery Management
Co-own and supervise end-to-end deliveries
Identify blockers, risks, and low confidence estimations
Make sure all Epics agreed for a given delivery are properly tracked
Track teams' progress against our Master Plan
Communication
External
Be part of the first layer of communication with stakeholders (e.g. external PMs and POs)
Work closely with leadership to sync communication strategy
Filter discussions and questions to shield teams, managers, leads, and architects from unnecessary discussions, allowing only business valuable discussions to reach them
Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to drive collaboration and build high-trust relationships with stakeholders
Internal
Upon requests from stakeholders that need actions from our teams/people (e.g. estimations), work with Team Leads to provision the right/necessary people to execute what is needed while minimizing impacts over current deliveries and avoid overloads
Facilitate meetings and drive collaboration from multiple areas/teams
Coordination
Co-own Master Plan with Leadership
Organize allocation of teams in the best possible way so they work efficiently and in sync, preventing teams from blocking each other while meeting the priorities agreed with leadership and our stakeholders
Track and adjust teams' allocation according to projects/deliveries
Foresee bottlenecks in teams' capacity, raising necessary readjustments, identifying overloaded areas, and hiring necessities


We expect you to have


Several years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
Experience working in an agile environment and knowledge of agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.


It would be great if you


Hold a Bachelor degree or Masters qualified in Computer Science or related discipline, or relevant and proven project delivery success.
Speak any additional languages.
