Would you like to work with Product Management in a world leading company?Sandvik Tooling consists of 7 Product Areas (PAs), covering a total of 15 brands.Each brand develops its own line of products and services.Product Management is a common process within Sandvik Tooling responsible for assurance of unique PA product portfolios, supporting the multi-brand strategy but also balancing demands for Tooling synergies. Tooling Product Management is responsible for defining and implementing the best practice for product portfolio management.All products are owned and managed by the individual PAs Product Management organization.Tooling Product Management drives synergy projects and is also responsible for the Product Life cycle Management process.Tooling Product Management is looking to recruit a Product Data Administrator to strengthen their existing organization in order to further develop the product management process within Sandvik Tooling.Key performance areas: Efficient administration of product data is a prerequisite for achieving targeted delivery performance throughout the complete product life cycle.As a product data administrator you are responsible not only for supporting the product managers in executing the product management decisions but also for establishing and maintaining administrative routines resulting in secure product data quality.The responsibility covers the complete value chain e.g.design data, technology data, user information, manufacturing data, order to delivery data and financial data.As a product data administrator you are also responsible for product performance follow up via key performance indicators as well as responsible for the handling of complaints.The work is performed in close contact with the IT-development teams for Product Life cycle Management support, the Tooling Product Managers and the PA product managers. .Administration of product data for common Tooling products, executing product management decisions .Administration of common Tooling Assembly items .Process owner for complaints handling process for common Tooling products, including system administration of related IT-support The location of this position can be either Stockholm or Sandviken depending on the candidate.Your profile: To succeed in this role we believe that you have 3-5 years of experience from product life cycle management processes and an understanding of IT-support systems.We further believe that you are service minded, focus on delivering results, value planning and organization and are able to pay attention to details.Since you will be working in an international environment, it is a requirement that you are fluent in spoken as well as written English.Applications in either Swedish or English will be accepted.
