Record Union believes in a completely transparent music industry where the artist is central and has full ownership of their music. We have been liberating music since 2008 and our mission is to enable and support the full potential of every music maker in the world by creating a music industry that is democratic, accessible and transparent for all, not just for a few.

We run a music platform which helps artists distribute and monetize their music on a range of local and global music services. We want artists to be artists while we take care of the rest. Today over 100,000 artists and labels have used Record Union to upload their music on Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, FB/IG, Tidal, Shazam and more.

About the role

As a Product Designer in the Lead To Conversion Team, you will come up with ideas on how to convert visitors into paying customers. You will be responsible for the UX, user flows, and UI components needed for implementation. Let creativity and innovation be your guiding principles.

You will work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders from other teams and report to the Head of Design.

Responsibilities

- Design beautiful and efficient UX and user journeys that will convert visitors into paying customers
- Research and stay up to date within the field of conversion
- Discuss and evaluate user needs and requirements with your team and stakeholders
- Create final UX and UI design based on user behavior, business requirements, and feasibility
- Take part in refining and planning the backlog together with the team


To succeed in this role

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX and/or Product Designer
- Proven skills in standard UX design tools; e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Experience from a tech/product organization
- Basic understanding of Frontend frameworks and concepts
- Basic understanding of good UX copywriting
