Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled product designer to join our team.

The challenge we face is to design for multiple apps with different stakeholders and at the same time follow the product vision and build the best medtech platform in the world.

- You will have the chance to start up brand new mobile apps as well as iterate and optimize existing ones built on top of our platform.

- You will drive design all the way through early exploration to shipped products, features, and enhancements.

- You will explore new ideas and make them tangible through prototyping and visualization.

- You will be involved in developing and maintaining design systems for both mobile apps and web applications.

- You will be conducting user research and participating in design sprints to make sure our products are heading in the right direction.

- You will become part of building and shaping the design culture and competence at Doktor.se.

Qualifications and personal qualities
The person we are looking for

- Has experience in creating mobile apps in multi-disciplinary teams with a user-centered approach.

- Has experience in conducting user interviews, stakeholder workshops and doing user testing.

- Has experience in building concepts by iterating prototypes and wireframes.

- Is skilled in communicating concepts and ideas.

- Has experience in producing visual designs for mobile apps in Sketch and Figma.

- Has past experience working with developer-focused design systems.

- Is fluent in English and Swedish.

- Has a portfolio of relevant work to share with us.

Bonus skills

- Previous experience designing for medtech applications or other complex systems involving multiple user groups.

- Experience in designing for accessibility and inclusiveness

- Experience in creating UI iconography and UI animation.

- Experience in multi-brand design systems.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position. You can choose to work remote or from our brand new Stockholm headquarters at Sveavägen, but we would prefer if you are able to show up at the office every now and then, or if a specific task will be more effectively done by meeting physically.
