Product Designer

Arbetsbeskrivning

Product Designer - Data Quality
You will be a part of our upcoming Data Quality team developing products that enable our customers to objectively reason about their data quality and its implications on their end system.

Annotell is a fast-growing startup with a mission to provide the world’s best platform to make safe perception for autonomous mobility happen. For that, clients need to understand their system performance. One critical step in this process is understanding the uncertainties and error contribution from the underlying data. We are at the beginning of this journey, and we have now decided to create a product area for this cause: Enable our customers to understand what annotation quality they need to have, in their use case, to argue for safe perception.

What you’ll do
Our users will rely on an excellent, fast, and simple user experience and interface to navigate the quality of their data. To do this successfully, we need to discover our clients’ problems and help them understand the data quality and its connections to their end application. You will be a part of a cross-functional team with colleagues of various skillsets such as frontend, statistics, and backend. Together with the team, you will define what constitutes an excellent product for understanding and reasoning about data set quality and make that vision happen.

You will also be a part of our design community, working together to ensure a consistent and unified user experience across our product offerings.

Tools we use
At Annotell, we use Adobe XD in combination with Zeplin to design and communicate interface designs, behaviours, and actions. We use a product-wide design system, which our designers also design and maintain in the same tools.

Who you are
We are looking for a candidate with solid product discovery experience and how to convert clients’ needs and problems into product ideas. You enjoy investigating customer needs as a part of the discovery process and designing candidate solutions ready for implementation. Together with the engineers in the team, you will make sure our product solves our customers' underlying problems intuitively and simply. Ideally, you have previous experience with interactive data visualisation applications.

You will be a part of a newly created team at a startup with grand ambitions. This means we help each other to ensure everyone succeeds as Annotell succeeds. We believe you will be an excellent fit for us if you enjoy working in a growth environment where you sometimes have to act under uncertainties. You are always up for learning new things and getting inspired by working as a team to reach challenging goals.

What is in it for you?
Other than working with our excellent team in a fun and creative environment, we also offer you this:

- Strong values and purpose-driven company

- Being part of defining and building the Data Quality product

- Workplace flexibility and work-life balance

- Competitive salaries

- Exciting career opportunities in a dynamic and fast scaling startup!

- Parental pay, salary exchange, maximum health benefit, order your workstation, 30 days vacation, place your pension - to name a few.

Application
We recommend submitting your application, together with your portfolio, as soon as possible as we select and interview continuously. If you have any questions regarding the position, please contact Isak Hjortgren, Product Area Lead Data Quality, isak.hjortgren@annotell.com.
