Product Designer (UX/UI)

What will you do?
You will be responsible, together with a small group of designers, for our flagship product - leovegas.com
Design concepts, create wireframes, UI elements, micro-interactions and visual assets with a focus on providing a cohesive user experience
Assist in defining and gathering requirements from stakeholders across the company
Work directly with Product Manager, Team Leads and Software Engineers to scope and implement new features and iterations of the product to ensure that the quality standards are met
Collaborate within the Product Design Group and teams across the company to contribute to our broader group vision and business goals

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a similar role - UX or UI designer working with online products
Experience working together with developers
Eye for detail, empathy for users and understanding of business goals
Proficient in Sketch, Adobe CC or Figma
Working with flow-diagrams, user journeys, mockups and production ready design assets
Basic understanding of lean user testing techniques
Comfortable with presenting and discussing your work, as well as giving feedback/critique

Nice to have:
Micro-interactions and animations skills
Some CSS / html5
Google analytics / hotjar experience
Running workshops with stakeholders
