Job Description
As a product developer you will be a key player in the exciting and complex process of creating the small accessories collections at H&M Women. Small accessories is a compliment to Womenswear with focus on seasonal current fashion accessories & new value must-haves. Together with your team, you are responsible for identifying and developing collections according to current and upcoming global trends. The product category is big and includes everything from sunglasses, tech & hair accessories to pet collections and more. Trends shift fast and so does our customer offer. Your main responsibility is to develop the most current and fashionable small accessories to the best possible price in a sustainable way and work very tightly with the production team in the production offices throughout the entire process to make this happen. Since you will handle many different stakeholders and multiple product groups, all with their unique timelines and method of production, we believe that you are a natural project manager with excellent communication skills. You make things happen around you and make sure to stay organized even when the work pace is high.


Qualifications
• Minimum two years of experience as a Buyer/Product Developer, preferable of accessories
• An eye for current fashion and trends
• Passion for accessories and curious to learn more
• Project management skills
• Structured, driven and takes initiatives
• Great communication skills
• Strong teamplayer
• Strong salesmanship and result oriented
• See possibilities, improvements and simple solutions


Additional Information
This is a full-time temporary position for minimum one year starting in October/November with placement in Stockholm.
