About the Position: A Product Development Manager (PDM) has the overall product development responsibility for one of TradeDoublers four products areas. The role spans across the complete system development process, from identifying business opportunities in cooperation with key stakeholders, all the way through to assisting product owner during roll-out once the software is implemented and deployed. The PDM is also highly involved in the project- and requirements management during technical implementation. The position requires a combination of a commercial mindset, technical know-how and the ability to manage people, expectations and projects. Tasks: - Manage product development projects through the different stages. - Identifying business opportunities: Running workshops and writing business cases. - Requirements management: Writing Use-cases, evaluating business cases, translating business requirements to system requirements and making priorities. - Coordinate release activities, making sure that all parts of a product release (system, documentation and training) are in place for product launch. - Continuously overview existing functionality to ensure that it remains competitive. Profile: You have a university degree with 5 years of working experience, preferably 2-3 years within product development. As a person you are outgoing, an excellent communicator, a good priority setter who is structured and unafraid to assume responsibility. You have an exceptional drive AND enjoy a high paced working environment. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty with details and you can deal with controversial issues without prestige. Professional qualifications and experience: - University degree in an IT oriented area - Strong online background - Solid business sense - Documented project manager experience - A good knowledge of advertising and media is highly meriting - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
