We believe that you are a strong and natural senior leader with a passion for technology, can utilize your strategic thinking and are experienced in leading a technology transformation. To succeed some of the following experiences are great; led in Agile and DevOps set-ups, software engineering practices, service management experience, and managed life cycle of products, having a background in the area of HR / People & Culture would be a plus. But also, very important - strong leadership skills and experience from leading leaders, ability to lead and steer in change, and last but not least (finally) you share and live the IKEA culture and values.

In this role, you will report to the Engineering Domain Manager for the People domain and the home office for this role will be south of Sweden or Bangalore India.
