Product Experience Assistant

About the position

Join Product Experience, a dynamic branch of our Commercial Team that specializes in training our worldwide clientele on our unique hardware and software. They are a small, cross-functional team of expert users of the Looklet Solution and work with diverse tasks from development projects to content creation.

As a Product Experience Assistant, your main scope of work will include:

Supporting the Product Experience Team with in-house image/photo production

Assisting the Commercial Team with client management, including presentation creation, document updates, and insight surveys

Coordinating and preparing garment samples for various projects

Conducting product testing and providing detailed feedback

Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the Looklet Studio in Södermalm

Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks when needed

The role is a temporary (maternity fill) position of 1 year, with the possibility of a permanent extension and further development in the Product Experience Team.

Reporting to: Product Experience Manager

Start date: January / February 2024

Extent: 100% (full time) Temporary position of 1-year

Working time: Flexible working hours - Upon agreement with your manager

Location: Södermalm, Stockholm, Sweden

Remote status: Availability to work a majority of the time on-site is required. Occasional remote work upon agreement with your manager.
