Product Expert Linux & OpenShift – Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Expert with experience in Linux and OpenShift who will take on the operational responsibility for the customer's deliveries in the areas of Linux and OpenShift.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in on-prem infrastructure with a focus on Compute (servers, virtualization platforms, etc.) and experience in automation is a plus. A person will be working closely with the company's technical delivery team at their external partner, and be responsible for following up on deliveries made by the external partner and ensuring that LCM is performed.
What you'll do:
· Operational responsibility for the customer's deliveries in the areas of Linux and OpenShift.
· Follow up on deliveries made by the external partner and ensure that LCM is performed.
· Suggest improvements within your area of responsibility.
· Communicate with technicians (L1, L2, and L3).
Who you are:
· Experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift and in Red Hat Satellite Manager.
· Relevant knowledge of 3-tier infrastructure with a focus on Compute (servers, virtualization platforms) and VMware.
· Experience working with Life Cycle Management.
· Experience working as an ordered towards an external partner and following up incidents and problems.
· Understanding of Oracle databases.
· Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
