Our product organization is now looking for a Product Launch Manager, a brand-new role at Benify! In this role, you will be part of Product Operations, consisting of Product Marketing and Product Communication, which consists of six people. The Product Marketing team is responsible for creating marketing content and marketing all features of the Benify platform. The Product Communications team is responsible for communicating with existing customers and their employees.

As this is a new role at Benify, you will have a big impact on setting processes and structures for this role and for our product launches.

Here is how you would fit into the Benify family

As a Product Launch Manager, you will...
- Plan, lead and execute feature and release launches with internal stakeholders and teams.
- Develop a strategic launch plan based on stakeholder input, with proposed deadlines and milestones for each team.
- Communicate and coordinate with, and collect feedback from, stakeholders from various parts of the organization.
- Follow up on launches and progress.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, working with product launches or product marketing, or in a role where you have managed and coordinated projects with multiple stakeholders and where you have established processes and deadlines.

In addition to the above, we believe it is important that you:

- Enjoy working with others and collaborating with your colleagues.
- Are a communicative person who find it easy to communicate with people from different parts of the organization.
- Are independent and enjoy working in a new role that requires you to take the initiative to shape it.
- Are fluent in English. Another language is always welcome as we are a global company.
- Have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, etc.

Location: This role can be based in any of the locations where we have offices (Stockholm, Gothenburg, London, Munich or Amsterdam).
