Product Manager

Overall description of the job

We are looking for a skilled, business minded product manager for our offering of standardized robotics and devices. You will work in an international context when you join our team of product managers and be responsible for the growth and profitability of the offering.

Location

This position can be situatated in Gothenburg, Sweden, however we are flexlible to discuss the location of the position.

Main tasks & responsibilities

You will manage the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. It includes the gathering and prioritizing of product and customer requirements, defining the product roadmap, and working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure that business and customer satisfaction targets are met.
?Define the product strategy and roadmap
?Ensure that sales and profitability follow the defined plan
?Support our operating units with business and technical knowhow
?Ensure that knowledge about the product range is developed and shared within our organisation
?Ensure that quality, delivery and cost targets are met
?Market intelligence related to the robotics offering and target customers

The job offer international exposure and travelling to operating units, customers and supplier.


Key competences and skills

As the ideal candidate, you have excellent product management skills and a solid know-how in robotics and its applications. You are a business minded team player and a good communicator.

Our company language is English, so you need to be proficient in writing and speaking.

?Production process knowledge, with a focus on consumer goods
?Lean production principles and tools
?Managerial financials e.g. investment profitability calculations

Education and experience
?Master?s degree in Engineering or proven experience from similar position
?Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
