Now we are looking for a driven product manager
Your Role:
In the role of Product Manager at Gifted, you are responsible for the company's existing product portfolio and for developing and operating various product strategies that ensure the company's goals regarding earnings and growth on a 3-year basis.
The Product Manager is an important link between the Sales, Marketing and IT Department. You will do this by collecting market requirements and trends in dialogue with customers and through external research. The Product Manager must continuously evaluate new market requirements based on new information, develop the existing products, and develop new concepts.
Your Responsibilities:
- To have a constant dialogue with the Sales and Marketing Department to gather new requirements but also improvements to the existing product portfolio.
- Develop proposals for new products and solutions relevant to Gifted's business strategy.
- Be a driving force in the company's quality and control work.
- Lead the company's product development.
- Personnel responsibility.
You will report to the COO and are a part of the management team actively involved in achieving Gifted’s goals.
Your Background & Personality
We are looking for someone with long-term experience in product development with a digital focus. If you have a degree in the same field that’d be an added advantage.
Your personality will play an important part in the success of this role. You’ll be someone who’s positive, cheerful, and can stay focused on your goals. In your work, you are organised but flexible and open to changes. You’re willing to take risks and experiment while learning from your experiences.
You have good knowledge of the Office suite and project management tools. You’ll be fluent in both spoken and written English. Additional language skills that may strengthen the communication both internally and externally will be a bonus.
