As a Product Manager at Heja, you'll play a fundamental part in shaping how we build and form the product. You'll explore new strategies and offers to customers and ensure we will continue delivering a great, easy-to-use experience to our customers. We believe you have a problem-solving mindset, that you like structure and have a mind that can spark creativity and dive deep into data.

In this position, you will...
- Work with Product-led Growth on a daily basis.
- Scope, craft, and outline new features and improvements of the product.
- Work with our analysts to make data-driven decisions, create hypotheses, and run A/B tests.
- Regularly discuss with our Head of Product, and company founders about strategic approaches and new offers to customers.
- Help form an effective and agile product team structure as the team grows.
- Move out of your comfort zone and take on new initiatives yourself.


The role is perfect for you if...
- You've worked as a Product Manager or in similar roles for 3+ years.
- You like to keep structure and are skilled at handling different tasks in parallel.
- You have a desire to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- You're self-driven - highly motivated to drive projects forward, working closely with team members and stakeholders on project scope/deliverables.
- You have previous experience in or a strong interest in learning Product Led Growth and/or the Reforge Framework.
- You are fluent in English (Swedish is not required).
