What you’ll do
Deciding how to pay for your car can be daunting. Leases, loans, down payments, interest rates – this can be scary for a car buyer. Enter:  the Offer Select team.  As Product Manager for the Offer Select team, you will lead a team of experts whose job it is to simplify the digital buying journey.
You will be part of a high-performing product team consisting of designers, engineers, testers, and analysts. You will develop the product strategy and define the roadmap based on customer behavior, business direction, anticipated market trends, and possibilities in technology. You will communicate strategy and roadmap to stakeholders and your product team, getting input and buy-in. 
You will develop the long-term product vision, tactical product release strategy, and drive the advancement of our technology – working closely and collaboratively with other key functions within Volvo Cars.

You And Your Skills
To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include:
* Leading and driving product strategy as a product owner / manager, business analyst, insights analyst, product designer, or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years.
* Strong understanding and practical experience of agile development methodologies in digital product teams.
* Experience gathering insights through data or user research
* Experience with using various tools for managing and visualizing the progress and value of a product team.
* A bias for action
