Role Overview
As a Product Manager L5 at Klarna, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with Klarna's mission to solve real customer problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and drive business success.




Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Understand customer needs and market trends to guide product development.
Build, Measure, Learn
- Break down complex tasks into manageable pieces to ensure fast and frequent releases.
- Utilize data-driven insights to iterate and improve product offerings.
Stakeholder Management
- Foster alignment through clear and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful product delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and other team members to create world-class products.
- Facilitate collaboration and ensure all team members are aligned with product goals.


Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in a tech or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
