About the job

As the Product Manager for Service Execution & Support you are responsible for the vision and roadmap for the digital capabilities needed to plan, prepare and execute service jobs within Alfa Laval on a global basis. Alfa Laval is right now on a journey to upgrade to a state-of-the-art digital solution to support our operational service organization. Your primary tasks will be:
* Translate business demands into lean business cases
* Maintaining the development backlog keeping it structured, aligned and prioritized
* Following up the business value realization for delivered functionality

The Product Manager will be part of the Service Value Stream Management team.

What you know

You have experience with, or a keen interest in, agile methodologies especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You have experience from operational service business, maybe within the industrial sector. You have previously worked with defining visions and roadmaps and ideally within the area of service.

In this job you will contribute to the journey of implementing the value streams and new ways of working in Alfa Laval!
