Product Manager in Digitalization to Dynamic Code

Dynamic Code is within the Healthtech-field and working with solutions which will revolutionize healthcare and simplify people´s everyday lives. The company offers self-tests which is ordered and reported easily from the website. As Dynamic Code grows, so do their offerings and services, both nationally and internationally. As a result, the IT platform needs to be developed. Therefore, we are now looking our next Product Manager for Digitalization!

Information about the position
Professionals Nord is looking for a Product Manager for Digitalization on behalf of Dynamic Code. The position refers to a recruitment which means you will be employed directly by our client company. We manage the recruitment process for Dynamic Code in form of selection, interview and presentation to the client.

Work tasks/job assignments
In the role as Product Manager for Digitalization, you will have full responsibility for one of the product domains on the digital platform. You will analyze the lab´s needs and systematize it to be able to produce the requirements for digitalization. You will work close together with the product development team to see how they can counter these needs and requirements to get the optimal digital solution. As Product Manager for Digitalization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a product domain strategy that describes how to counter future opportunities and requirements. Based on the strategy, you will keep an updated roadmap for the domain that describes which product features will be in focus when the strategy and roadmap are in line with the digitization strategy that has been designed. You will work closely with the product engineering team in the design and delivery phase to ensure that the solution meets the needs originally formulated.

We are looking for
You with a background within lab areas who understands how it works in a regulated environment. If you have worked with system solutions before and understand the system development cycle you may also be a suitable fit for this position. The role requires that you have a good problem-solving ability and enjoy the strategic work to identify needs and requirements that exist between the lab and the development team to make it work optimally. Further the role requires that you are curious and want to understand how the lab works to be able to choose which solution that is most suitable. The service requires that you are comfortable using different types of digital tools. Furthermore, you are expected to have good knowledge of speech and writing in English. Knowledge of the Swedish language is an advantage. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge and understanding of ISO 485/17025/15189.
