Duties and Responsibilities * Develops, secures approval of, and implements annual business plans which provide and analysis of the competitive environment and clearly define product positioning, key issue strategies and target audiences for assigned product(s)/product lines * Manages all activities within the Company related to assigned products including the development of product marketing strategies, advertising, promotion * Execute global product launch planning, including business objectives, product positioning and key selling messages * Provide support materials required for modification or development for existing product lines * Work with communications department to develop launch materials, product literature, advertisements and any other collateral material required to support sales and key marketing messages * Develop product marketing bulletins on new and current products. Provide communication to sales team on market released products * Conduct product overviews physicians, sales reps and nurses in the clinical environment or during plant visits * Present product and marketing plans to internal and external customers * Continuously improve product marketing effectiveness * Recommends, initiates and participates in actions to achieve optimal brand competitiveness in packaging labeling, pricing, technical development, clinical research and production Education and/or Experience * University degree, 3-5 years experience from sales and marketing; preferably of medical devices * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects * Very good knowledge in written and spoken English * Strong presentation and communication skills * Good ability to travel (30-50%) * Demonstrated clinical & technical aptitude
