Arbetsbeskrivning

In order to support the increasing level and complexity of activities at our commercial site in our Nordics Region, Abbott is looking for a Product Manager Finland & Sweden for Abbott Diabetes Care.

The Role:
The Product Manager is in charge of new product or services introductions and processes to develop sales and market share and create strong return on investment within Abbott Diabetes Care.
It lays a Budget responsibility for the Swedish and Finnish marketing budget including ROI models and develops strong customer relationship with both external customers as well as internal or external partners

Some of the major accountabilities:

- Marketing program development, training and implementation: Drive the development of the regional marketing programs, ensuring buy in from sales organizations across the region prior to roll out.

- To understand and be familiar with the customer and the consumer needs in the diabetes management space.

- Build and develop close collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in both Sweden and Finland.

Competences:

- Highly analytical with a demonstrable track record of achieving successful results utilizing varied and complex information sources.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to network across a number of different countries and departments both within the division and more broadly across Abbott.
- Dynamic, motivated team player with result oriented attitude
- Fluent in English
- Experienced and used to work with advanced PowerPoint projects.

A Master´s Degree is preferred, with a desired 3-5 years of significant experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry within a Marketing & Sales type of position.
