The Product Manager Parenteral Nutrition is responsible for the Parenteral Nutrition product portfolio in Sweden. The PM’s main task is to outline and execute the annual marketing plan which includes the strategy and action plans for the coming year(s). To execute the marketing plan the PM is expected to have close collaboration with the sales team, including regular co-driving and customer visits. In addition to that, the PM is responsible for the financial forecast and to give input to the supply forecasts. Finally, the PM will be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris regarding any Parenteral Nutrition related topics.

 

Main Accountabilities:

Outline annual marketing plan and medium-term strategy
Prepare and present yearly sales budget and mid-year forecast
Monitor monthly sales and profitability development for the assigned portfolio
Maintain up to date knowledge on clinical practices and developments in the market through close relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Industry bodies and Customers
Ensure all marketing and training material is up-to-date and in line with local rules and regulations and that developed marketing material meets customer and market needs
Provide supply chain with up-to-date and accurate information for sales prognoses
Participate in local and international activities in Fresenius Kabi such as local or international congresses and Marketing Meetings
 

Experience and Qualifications:

Education at university level or similar degree in relevant disciplines, such as for example business administration, marketing, medicine, pharmaceuticals, nutrition physiology, nursing, etc.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing / product management
Sales experience from the healthcare industry beneficial however not mandatory
Experience/knowledge of basic finance would be an advantage however not mandatory
”LIF-auktorisation” or equivalent education for ”läkemedelsinformatör”
Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written)
Valid driver’s license for vehicles class B (B-körkort)

The position is initially a temporary employment with a view to become permanent employment if both parts agree after 6 months.
