Would you like to participate in changing the world to something better? The department Autonomous Systems is responsible for developing future Autonomous Transport Solutions (ATS). One of the key responsibilities is developing the next generation of vehicle platform related to the ATS environment. This is done within the Section Autonomous Continuous Integration Platform and include design and test of the complete vehicle platform, enabling state-of-the-art development-, simulation- and logging environment. Our aim is to have the best suitable computational environment, allowing fast software and hardware interactions for our ATS development teams.

We are now looking for a Product Manager for our Platform Release Train.

Assignment
You will be responsible for the team effort in the Product Management team driving the development of the Autonomous Platform.

Example of responsibilities


• Continuously develop and communicate the platform release train roadmap and vision together with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Leading the collaboration between the Product Owners in the release train.
• Manage and prioritize the flow of work on Release Train level according to the roadmap and input from the Product Owners.
• Collaboration with system architects
• Actively lead/participate in demos, evaluate and adapt.
• Always keep updated on customer need and analyzing trends in the market.
• Be an active part of the Solution Management team (solution i.e. several release trains combined to deliver a solution to our customers) representing the needs of- and requirement on the platform release train.

Your profile
You are a natural and proven leader with passion for development. You have the ability to see people and to trust in others. You are strong in building teams and in cross-functional work and you are communicative, show drive and are energized by challenges.

We are looking for a can-do mentality. To fit the expectations of the role we think you have managerial or other leadership experience, feel highly motivated by the mission and challenges within our area of responsibility, have worked with Embedded systems development, are experienced and interested in agile development methods and that you have a graduate or master's degree in engineering or equivalent (B.Sc., M.Sc. and/or PhD).

Experience of CI-pipeline is an advantage. Knowledge about Scania´s methods and processes is meritorious. Diversity is the normal situation in our development’s teams, hence, international experience and cultural awareness will definitely be a benefit.
