DeLaval is the market leader in milking equipment employing 4,400 people in more than 100 markets.Our dairy farming partners benefit from over 120 years industry experience, sharing complete solutions with trusted local support and service.Our research and development programmes ensure that farmers can rely on DeLaval to help them preserve cow health and support the production of quality milk.It is the DeLaval mission to drive progress in milk production.Now we are looking for a Product Manager Service Even the best product needs maintenance and sometimes repairs.Especially products with a long life cycle.DeLaval's customers depend on our products running day after day, year after year.That is why service and spare parts are a key area to us.Product Portfolio Service & Spares manages the company's assortment of spare parts, test equipment and service products and has a global profit and loss responsibility.As Product Manager for Service you will be responsible for our Service product portfolio.Your responsibility is to strengthen the team and help contribute to our growth ambitions.You will work in close contact with DeLaval entities globally.Your mission is to optimize this assortment's market position and financial return across its life cycle.The position does not entail any managerial responsibility of personnel.Areas of responsibility . Developing the service product portfolio . Packaging the service offers to our customers .Identifying new business opportunities in the service area . Provide support to development of the CRM-system to enable an efficient service process We expect . University degree in engineering . Good service and marketing skills . Experience from project management . Experience from working with Service product development . International experience and willingness to travel (up to 20% of time) . Excellent English, spoken as well as written Personal Characteristics . Energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious .Good team player, pro-active, positive attitudes . Strong communication skills .
