Product Manager - SiPass

Bewator is a leading international security company that develops and markets products and systems within access control integrated systems and video control. Bewator has some 350 employees with headquarters in Solna, Sweden and subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. Since the end of 2005 Bewator is a centre of competence within Siemens Building Technologies (SBT) for products and solutions within Access Control. Your main area of responsibilities will be to develop and maintain a product strategy and roadmap based on the business plan and market understanding for the product areas. You will be the group expert within your area of products. You will be responsible for driving the operational product management over the full product life cycle from product specification, development and marked launch to phase out. You will initiate changes and activities to keep the competitors at a distance. This means a close cooperation with Bewator and Siemens offices in Sweden and abroad. You will report to the Group manager within Access Control and the role is based in Solna, at Bewator/Siemens Competence Center, Access Control. You have a strong background in all aspects of product management with preferred experience in the security industry and security systems. You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a product management role, both with a technical and commercial concentration. You also have an academic degree within marketing or technology, and are fluent in written & spoken English. We are looking for a person who is self-driven, and has the ability to build long term business relations.
