Job description
We are looking for a Product Manager for our Developer Experience team, which is on a mission to enable the best experience for external developers to build applications and integrations that solve the needs of small businesses.

Responsibilities
The team is responsible for providing the best journey for developers to interact with our in-store specific APIs (Application Programming Interface) & SDKs (Software Developer Kits). As the Product Manager on the team, will own the vision for the team, starting with understanding our target developer experience customers and the tools that they build with.

You will own the roadmaps and the stakeholder dialog about vision, direction, and strategy and help ensure the team’s sprints and backlogs are correctly managed and prioritised. You will work closely with stakeholders across global teams to enable a developer experience that is unified across all platforms, with our focus on in-store merchant solutions.

As a Product Manager in Developer Experience team, you will:
Create and execute the overall strategy for a market-leading developer experiences that enable developers and partners to build applications
Lead and coordinate the unification of the developer experience with the organisations developer ecosystem to find the best fit for developers across both platforms
Lead the developer experience team to take our developer portal, documentation, APIs & SDKs to the best in class by solving biggest frictions and challenges in the developer journey
Set team direction and guide the Developer Experience team’s prioritisation
Influence key stakeholders throughout the organistations in order to align resources and prioritization


Working hours
Full-time. Working hours: Mon-Fri 08.00-17.00.

Qualifications
Success in this role requires:
A product management background with 3+ years working as a PM
Experience working with developer focused products, developer portals, and ecosystems (APIs, SDKs)
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, working across a complex multi-cultural organisation
Great problem-solving skills, backed by data
A customer-centric mindset
High energy, good attitude, and high accountability.
