In this recruitment, IAR Systems AB uses Bravura as a recruitment partner, you will be employed directly by IAR Systems AB.

They are now looking to extend their product management team and are looking for you who can contribute with experience within business development in a highly technical software development company.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• University education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• 5+ years Product Management experience
• Experience within sales/commercialization/business development in a highly technical environment and complex industry ecosystem
• Strong track record of delivering successful products with cross-functional teams in the software industry
• Fluent in English, speech and writing
• Merit with experience of software development in C / C ++ with modern development tools
• Merit with knowledge and experience from the embedded industry

You will have a lot of interaction with customers and partners, especially chip manufacturers, in which you should be a people-person with a natural commitment for building relationships, with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire confidence. We also believe that you can structure your work and be able to prioritize what’s most important at the moment. Furthermore, you are a practical person who get things done instead of postponing them, while at the same time seeing solutions instead of obstacles in your work.
