Vizrt - Content Meets Expression Vizrt creates leading-edge content production tools for the digital media industry - from award-winning 3D graphics & maps through integrated video workflow solutions and online publishing tools.Vizrt's products are used by the world's leading broadcasters and publishing houses across the globe.Product Manager Viz VideoHub Viz Video Hub(TM) is the media asset management (MAM) system for people who don't want to think about their storage.It is easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to expand.Not to mention that it is one of the most cost-effective ways to engage into file based archiving.For more information please visit http://www.vizrt.com/products/viz_video_hub / The Product Manager (PM) will manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.Specifying marketing requirements and future needs for the product, by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.Team with sales, service, marketing and engineering to develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan and working with all departments to execute.Evaluate competitive market offerings and deliver on differentiation and analyses studies, positioning and communications.Analyze potential partner relationships along with business development.Key Responsibilities - Manage the life cycle of the Viz Video Hub - Clearly define the product positioning, key benefits and target customer - Working with customers, sales, support and engineering to gather input for product requirements - Writing detailed product requirements and obtain cross functional sign-off - Close co-operation with engineering to define product release requirements - Serve as the internal and external product evangelist - Provide product specific support to the commercial team in order to optimize sales results - Communicate with all relevant departments of the company Essential Qualifications - Degree in computer science, or/and MBA in business management or engineering - 5 years of proven track record in software marketing/product management/managing product development - Experience from video content management and video production workflow, or knowledge of the media industry, is a big advantage - Good team player - Confident and efficient internal and external communicator - Fluent spoken and written English essential What We Offer Vizrt works with the biggest and best known publishers, news channels and sports production companies.As a result we offer an interesting job in an exciting, international growing company, with competitive compensation and conditions.The position requires the need for international travel.The position is located at our Vizrt office in Stockholm and will report to the global Executive VP Marketing.For more information about this and other positions available at Vizrt visit http://www.vizrt.com/career
