Product & Marketing Analytics Manager

At Vironova, we would be nothing without a successful sales and marketing team. We are in an exciting phase, expanding and scaling up our reach to the increased market demand.

Our clients are mainly found in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry working in the vaccine and drug/gene delivery field. As the demand for our services is constantly increasing, we are now looking for a Product & Marketing Analytics Manager who want to join our team in Stockholm and take Vironova to the next level. A value and solution-oriented person with an aptitude for change and will-do attitude.

You will:

Be responsible for providing operational marketing product development and analytics to support to our sales. The role also include marketing and aligning teams through continuous product development and product launches, driven from a customer perspective. Continuous trend, market, competitor and customer analytics within the biotech and phama industry to support Vironova´s competitive positioning. You will be based in Stockholm.

Practical experience, mindset and qualification

- Cross functional working experience from product, analytical and customer insight development.
- Pharma, Life Science, Biotech industry product, market, and customer analytics role experience
- Qualitative and quantitative research experience from Pharma, Life Science, Biotech industry.
- Value driven, change and team based operational leadership
- Commitment to building effective and efficient internal relationships within sales and marketing, and all team related stakeholders.
- Understanding of marketing and sales processes, related functions in relation to customer experience.
- Oral and written, workshop and presentation skill set.


Other qualifications of merit

- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar sales and marketing operations role
- Experience from working in a scale-up company
- Project management certification
- Operational experience from working with CRM, Marketing automation and database systems and tools
- Workshop facility skill set
