Product Marketing Manager

We have over 11 million users all over the world who have logged over 10 million catches in our app. We’re growing fast, which is why we’re now looking for an experienced product marketer to join our team as a Product Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing strategies across product teams and within the marketing team. You will work closely with product managers as well as engineers and designers. Ideally you have startup or tech experience working with cross-functional teams - bonus if it’s with a mobile app. You are an excellent communicator who can translate user needs into product features and vice versa. You don’t mind writing product copy when needed, but it’s most important that you can identify, strategize, and execute how best to communicate product value to our customers.
This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What you’ll do:
Drive communication strategies across teams, ensuring campaigns, content, copy, and overall approach are aligned to the company brand and voice and company KPIs.
Coordinate with product team to ensure new features are communicated and integrated into existing marketing strategy
As a member of the Content Team within Marketing, support with content development and strategy and contribute to the overall content calendar, aligning KPIs and ensuring all stakeholders (brands, marketplace, product, etc) are included.
Review content and copy for brand relevance (where appropriate) and US English/copy.
What we are fishing for:
You have a background in product marketing, copy, or content strategy.
You have worked at a startup or tech company, and ideally have some mobile app marketing experience.
You are creative and data-driven, adept at delivering ideas, content, and metrics.
A self-starter who is able to take projects from strategy through execution with a high attention to detail.
Interest or experience in the outdoor industry or similar (fishing, hunting, sports and recreation) is plus.
Native English speaker with experience working with and/or in the US market.
