Through its Norman SandBox technology, Norman leads the way in the world of proactive antivirus solutions. Product Marketing Manager Place of work: The position is placed at our Headquarter in Oslo. The position requires extensive travelling (+50 days). Duties: Drive Go To Market plans and strategies for the region. Communicate product plans and strategies to regional teams. Educate partners, customers and Norman regional teams and sales personnel in market trends, Norman USP's and products/services. Support regional teams in the sales process. Hold presentations on seminars, exhibitions and other arrangements. Monitor market traction after launch, escalate key issues and drive corrective actions. Communicate market trends and customer requirements to HQ. Your background: We are looking for a candidate that has experience in handling different kinds of quotas (SME, ISP, IT manufacturerers etc.). The candidate must have strong selling skills as well as a sound knowledge and experience in selling complex IT solutions. The right person has deep understanding of network technologies and IT security issues. You communicate well with people on all levels, one to one and in larger groups, and you are able to build relations to top level managers. Your oral and written English is excellent. Requirements: Travelling +50 days a year Good presentations skills. 3-5 years of product marketing and/or solutions sale experience. Bachelor Degree in IT preferable with addition of a marketing education/degree. Fluent in English, oral and written.
