Product O&M Specialist on Core Network

We are looking for a product O&M specialist on Core network. Responsible for O&M domain analysis, reports and O&M architecture designing and planning of Core Network Management System product (NMS/EMS) with focus on European key operators. Responsibilities: * Responsible for O&M requirement management: collect, refine and prioritize the market and customer's O&M requirements with focus on European key telecom operators. * Responsible for European key telecom operators' O&M scene analysis and reports, and participate in developing product architecture to ensure product competitiveness. * Participate in developing the product O&M specific roadmap for the next 3 to 5 years. analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and modify the product roadmap accordingly. Ensure that the roadmap addresses the complete customer need. * Telecom industry analyzing(criterion analysis). Product marketing strategy considering market trends, customer and competitor moves Qualifications: More than 10 years direct experience with a proven track record within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor. * More than 6 years experience from O&M product (EMS/NMS) within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor. * Experience from interaction with European key telecom operators' BOSS system. * Skilled in: e-tom, NGOSS, 3GPP, TMF, TISPAN. Understanding the customer's business and how to contribute to the customer's success Others: * Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics. * Excellent cooperation skills with a wide variety of people, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, R&D and standardization). * Must welcome challenges. Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English. Work place: Stockholm, Sweden. International travel will be required.
