About the role

As a Product Operations Manager you will empower our product organisation to be outcome-driven, customer-focused, and operate in an environment that encourages the use of data in decision-making processes. You will be responsible for putting processes in place that will enable the product team to take strategic decisions. And why do we want this? Well, at the end of the day it’s all about building outstanding products that truly solve users' and customers' needs.

You will report to the Head of Product and work alongside Product Managers, Product Designers, and Product Communications in our fantastic product team. This role is new for the product team. You are the missing part to make our product organisation scale and help to set up the product team for success!

What you’ll be doing

- Improving ability for the product organisation to get the right data (team-specific and cross-functional systems, processes, and ways of working) - both qualitative and quantitative - from the right places to enable continuous use of data.
- Acting as a sounding board to the product team to determine what data is needed in order to make decisions, both in everyday situations and on a more strategic level.
- Continuously evaluate tools the product team uses, e.g., for roadmapping, prototyping, customer feedback.
- Collecting and evaluating Product Management efficiency metrics.
- Improving the ability for new Product Managers to get onboarded swiftly.


What you’ll bring to the team

- Experience in a product organisation as Product Operations Manager, Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or User Researcher.
- Expertise in techniques and methods of modern product discovery, product delivery, and product optimization.
- You have experience in both quantitative and qualitative data gathering techniques.
- Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources and influencing stakeholders with data.
- Synthesize and present complex information to others who are not experts as yourself.
- You find it natural to engage with different functions (product, design, engineering, operations, data analysts, product marketers, revenue etc) in a constructive and collaborative way.
- Experience in B2B2C SaaS products is nice to have, not a hard requirement.
