Product Owner

Do you have a proven track record as a Product Owner or Project Manager? We currently have a unique opening in the Enterprise segment as a Product Owner for one of our Cloud teams.
Tobii believes that cloud computing will play a major part in our future eyetracking products and will enable new use cases which bring even more customer value. By providing services in the cloud we can enable customers to collaborate with their data in an easy way using new tools and methodologies.
We are now looking for a Product Owner to join one of our software development teams.
The Product Owner is responsible for:
- Setting up the team
- Defining deliverables for the team and break them down to a backlog
- Compiling a roadmap for the products the team is responsible for
- Gathering requirements and other input from all stakeholders
- Evaluating and driving continuous improvement
- Reporting on product and team performance
- Cost effectiveness
- Coordinating with POs of teams responsible for other, current, Tobii cloud offerings in order to take advantage of synergies and lessons learned
To be successful in this role you need to be an inspiring and coaching leader with good technical knowledge and an agile mindset. We also believe that you have:
- Understanding and experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience from product and project roadmaps and backlogs
- Professional experience of being a Project Manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master for a SW team
Some experience with cloud infrastructure is beneficial.
